Users glide side-to-side across a smooth, low-friction surface, engaging the hip abductors, gluteal muscles, and quadriceps through a powerful yet low-impact training exercise.
The system’s variable incline options allow athletes to train on a slightly uphill surface, encouraging a natural forward-leaning stance and activating core stabilizers for balance and control. This incline also greatly increases the intensity of the workout, and with multiple incline options, the user can choose from various training and intensity levels.
